All orders are processed within 5 business days. Please note that the shipment time of 5-7 days does not include the handling time of 3-5 days. Please allow enough time for your shipment. All items are shipped via usps priority mail or UPS ground and include a tracking number.
We are currently shipping in the United States. However, if you see an item you are interested in and are outside of the US, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for you to purchase the item with the appropriate shipping charges to your destination.
Personalized items often do require additional processing time. Please allow up to 2 extra weeks as these items are being tailored to your specific needs and made with care just for you. However, shipment often occurs sooner.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
It is customary that in the bridal industry returns are not accepted, however, we will accept returns conditionally.
All returns require approval. Contact us within 48 hours receipt of your item. We will authorize the return which must be received within 10 days in the new condition you received it in. This means the item must have the tags attached and still be in brand new condition.
We will accept returns on all items once approved. The returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original shipment charges are not refunded. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and will be issued once an item is safely received and carefully inspected. We take the time to carefully inspect each of our lovely items prior to shipment.
Cancellations must be made via email or fax within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is in processing it cannot be cancelled.
Personalized items (i.e. toasting glasses, bridal wear, monogram items) are not returnable.
Crystalized and rhinestone apparel is not returnable.
Embroidered and personalized tote bags, cosmetic bags, etc. are not returnable.
Personalized toasting flutes, unity candles and favors are not returnable.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report an item is damaged. We will promptly assist you.
If an item is on backorder, we will notify ASAP with an expected ship date. You will then have the option to have the item shipped upon availability, choose another item or cancel your order.
On rare occasions, our wholesalers may discontinue an item without notifying us. If your item has been discontinued, we will notify you immediately. We would love to help you choose another item, or be more than happy to issue you a prompt refund.

If we do not have a particular item in stock, we may contact the company and have it shipped directly to you to speed up the process and avoid a backorder.
WHAT SIZE TANK TOP / TEE SHIRT / SWEATSHIRT DO I ORDER?
Always order one size up from your normal size. They do run on the small side. Check the sizing charts for information.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the return is due to a mistake or damaged item, we will be responsible for the return shipping.
